A luxury villa on a private island is hidden on the northeast coast of Mauritius, just off the mainland in Roches Noire. It is nestled in the middle of a vast turquoise lagoon with a 360 view of the ocean and is surrounded by a private beach with volcanic rocks.
Outside there is a dining table set up under the trees, and a deck of 35m² overlooking the turquoise sea which allows you to rest there for a sundowner or have your lunch or dinner with a stunning view. A large Weber grill provides quality cooking and a water fountain features permanently fresh water.
An outdoor shower allows you to cool off after swimming and a standby generator that starts automatically ensures a continuous supply of electricity.
The building and its interiors are of a refined contemporary style in harmony with the beauty of this unique site: natural building materials, stone, white or weathered wood, raw concrete, natural fabrics, linen, comfortable and adaptable furniture.
Life is organised around the large open veranda (70 m2) with a view of the lagoon to the North, East and West.
